Conference "Art, Memory and Repair" with Francesca Cassariego

The plastic artist Francesca Cassariego (Udelar) teaches the conference "Art, Memory and Repair" on March 24, at 19h, in the Araucaria Room, at the UFRGS Cultural Center. The event has free admission.

Cassariego, which operates at the University of the Republic (Udelar), in Montevideo, was the victim of Operation Condor in the episode known as "Uruguayan Sequestrus", which took place in Porto Alegre. Its artistic production addresses personal and policies to repair the violence of dictatorships in the Southern Cone.
