WEIGHT NOTE

We express our deep regret at the passing of Vera Rosa, which occurred on June 8, 2026. A former Social Sciences student, Vera was an important activist in the Unified Black Movement of Rio Grande do Sul, dedicating her career to the fight for racial equality and social justice.

At this difficult time, we express our solidarity with family and friends, hoping that they find support and comfort to go through this loss. Vera leaves behind remarkable memories, built through her trajectory and the relationships she cultivated throughout her life.

May the shared memories bring some comfort and keep her presence alive among all who knew her.
