transformations in the labor market put the need for continuous and in -depth reflection on the formation and professional performance of social scientists in the contemporary world. Alongside traditional careers in basic education and academic research, the demand for professionals with training in social sciences grows in public agencies, social organizations, research institutes and the private sector.

To contribute to this debate, the teachers of Sociology I: Sociology today promote the conversation wheel "possibilities of professional action for social scientists". The activity will feature two sessions on May 21st, with guests who will share their professional trajectories in different fields:
