The Brazilian Center for African Studies (Cebrafrica)/UFRGS, in collaboration with Research Pole on Africa and the Emerging World (Prame)/Universidade de Montreal, and the Postgraduate Program in Political Science/UFRGS welcomed professors, researchers, graduate and undergraduate students, professionals, and those interested in African Studies to the 2nd CEBRAFRICA/PRAME International Seminar, the 1st Pró-Defesa V International Seminar and the International Seminar on Political Science held at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
